Job description
Role & responsibilities
Fullstack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications, ensuring they are responsive, user-friendly, and scalable.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Frontend Development: Create interactive and visually appealing user interfaces using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like React, Redux
Backend Development: Build and optimize server-side components, including RESTful APIs, databases, and server applications using Java/Spring boot
Database Management: Should have good hands-on knowledge of Relational SQL. NoSQL is a plus
DevOps and Deployment: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality. Write clean and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Diagnose and resolve issues, bugs, and technical challenges in the software, offering prompt support when needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other team members to understand business requirements and user needs. Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for the software and contribute to technical documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred candidate profile 5-8 years of professional experience in full-stack development, demonstrating a strong grasp of web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one frontend framework (React, Redux)
Experience with Java/Spring Boot, Microservices
Strong Relational SQL skills. NoSQL is a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
