Experienced Sales professionals with at least 1 year exp in similar or target-based roles are preferred.
Enthusiastic freshers  who are Sales oriented, talented , and willing to learn will be provided with Training & mentorship for the different Destinations , and for fresher candidates only candidates willing to commit to the business for at least 1-2 years will be considered.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide counseling for Permanent Residency, Work Permit, Jobseeker visa, etc. for Canada, Australia, UK, NZ, etc.
- Ability to explain various visa processes and help clients to understand the immigration procedures for their preferred destination.
- Handle clients over the phone, by email, and through face-to-face counseling.
- Interact with professionals/ clients in person and assist them with their overseas process.
- Understand the expectations and requirements of the clients and aid them with relevant overseas career opportunities.
- Call potential customers through daily assigned leads and secure appointments for the week.
- Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration, Visa laws & Policies.
- Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs.
- Making outbound calls to either warm or hot leads provided & solve queries regarding visas.
Requirements:
- Location:Â Somajiguda/ Himayatnagar, Hyderabad (On-site Job, Candidate Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting the job- (Must requirement)
- Experience:Â 1+ Years in Immigration (preferred) or any Sales Target-based industry.
- Sales-Oriented role, must have a good sales drive and be able to convert leads to enrollments.
- Good Demeanor & Communication Skills
- Experience as a Student visa counselor, Sales, and University Selection could be deemed as positives.
- Have skills to identify the correct prospect according to the eligibility standards & convert it into our enrolled client.
- Be able to Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Must be systematic & organized to maintain Regular follow-up on inquiries received.
- Is a Problem Solver - Identify, resolve queries & handling the queries of clients.
- Be ambitious and Career Driven - Maximum achievement of goals and best-in-class Customer service levels.
- Any added responsibility assigned by Superiors to enhance more ability.
