Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Telesales Specialist located in Indore. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as building and maintaining a customer database, making outbound sales calls, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and providing training and support to team members.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Communication, and Sales skills
• Experience in Customer Support and Sales or Freshers
• Ability to build and maintain a customer database
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in a call center or telesales position is preferred
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
