Established in 2009, the team has over 40 years of combined experience and specializes in north Bengaluru. We offer a range of services including residential and commercial buying, selling, renting, leasing, joint ventures, as well as exclusive mandates and expat services. BrokerInBlue also offers property management, allied, and real estate consulting services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at BrokerInBlue in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for coordinating with clients and managing their real estate transactions, managing and supervising the property management team, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, property owners, and buyers. The Assistant Manager will also help with business development, sales, and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Mandatory Experience in real estate sales, property management, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in managing and supervising a team
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and property owners
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize workload effectively
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications
