Job Description

. Business Development & Sales
a. Expand upon existing client relationships, develop and nourish new
development and EPC business opportunities, while also stay highly engaged
with industry associations and government organizations
b. Identify and develop new clients for EPC opportunities to build up a strong
pipeline (INR 200-300Cr annually)
c. Provide proposal for EPC projects with bid evaluation, technical specification
preparation and commercial proposal preparation
d. Responsible for contract negotiation including EPC, subcontract and supply
contracts
e. Provide tendering support to internal team members while bidding for new
projects - Participate in techno-commercial discussions and negotiations,
Tenders/ Pre-Bids
f. Visit consultant, engineering houses and contractors to source new
opportunities to provide technical advice through a persuasive sales approach
g. Understand and expand the General Contractors' network within the
infrastructure space, to explore more avenues for business generation
. Business Growth Strategy
a. Identify customer potentials, gather business intelligence, make business calls
and translate the process into business for the company
b. Bring about a generational shift in the business fortunes of the company by
catalysing its growth physically and financially without losing focus on the
bottom line
c. Understand and implement how the internal team needs to be optimised to
produce the desired pipelines
d. Work closely with the Executive board to monitor the P/L health

The Successful Applicant

Should have an Engineering Degree (Electronic / Civil / Mechanical)
. At least 10 years in Business Development / Project Management with reputed
industry with at least 3 years in similar capacity
. Awareness of Water Management / EPC / Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical / Infrastructure
industry and technical developments in India
. Has good networking and connects with government bodies, key stakeholders within
ministries, contacts with GCs
. Should have proven track record of independently getting projects from the clients
. Should possess strong interpersonal skills and management skills
. Self motivated, and open to working in an up & coming company
