Job Description: FOS (Collection)
Department : Collection (RAM)
Position: Feet on Street (Collection)

Position Purpose
As Feet on Street (FOS) for collection, you will play a crucial role in the collection activities, engaging with customers for timely repayment of dues. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for on-field collection activities of RAM products, reminding customers for payments, sharing payment links, and accurately recording customer responses.

Educational Qualification
• The candidate must hold a Graduate Qualification in any discipline from a university recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE.
• As per RBI norms, candidate must have completed the necessary certification for Debt Recovery Agents.

Experience
Should have a minimum of 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in Retail/Agri/MSME collection

Roles and Responsibilities
Field Collection Activities:
• Conduct on-field visits to remind customers of outstanding payments.
• Utilize effective communication skills to encourage timely repayment.
Payment Reminders:
• Remind customers through various channels (calls, messages) about upcoming payment due dates.
• Clearly communicate payment expectations and consequences of non-payment.
Payment Link Sharing:
• Share payment links with customers for convenient and secure payment transactions.
• Assist customers in understanding the payment process and options available.
Response Recording:
• Record customer responses accurately in a designated notepad or digital system.
• Document payment commitments, disputes, or any other relevant information.
Customer Interaction:
• Interact with customers professionally and courteously during field visits.
• Address customer queries and concerns, providing necessary assistance.
Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical collection practices.
• Report any customer complaints or potential issues to the collection coordinator.
Job specific skills
• Should possess good communication skills, able to establish sustainable relationships with customers, team members & branch executives.
• Good knowledge of RAM products is preferred.
• Seeks to understand the firm's culture and values.
• Essential MS Office skills.
• Strong belief in ethical business practices.
• Has established local connections and networks.

Note: - 

• For above all position candidates must have own 2-wheeler & driving license 

• The interview will be walk – in (Face to Face) at Chennai location only.
