You’ll be set up for success as a “Senior Associate-Human Resource” at Miles if: You have have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. You must be able to articulate job requirements, conduct interviews, and provide feedback to candidates in a clear and professional manner. Have excellent interpersonal skills to connect with candidates, establish rapport, and effectively collaborate with hiring managers and team members. Have a strong problem-solving skills to identify potential solutions, make informed decisions, and navigate through complex situations. This includes finding creative ways to source candidates, addressing concerns or conflicts, and managing competing priorities. With excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage their workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines, should be able to juggle various responsibilities, such as sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing administrative tasks, while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.To have a good understanding of applicable employment laws and regulations to ensure fair and compliant recruitment practices.
