Job description
Responsibilities:
Partner Alliance relationship management and International business development.
Market Research on assigned International Geography or Industry vertical to strengthen the Regional Alliance
strategy.
Identify, Qualify and Engage new partners; take them through the Digital Alliances onboarding process
Solution Development - Work closely with product engineering, product marketing team and solutions hub to develop
joint branded offerings with Alliance partners - design GTM acceleration model to drive incremental value.
Marketing Campaigns - Conceptualise and execute targeted joint marketing campaigns with Alliance partners through
Digital and traditional formats including Roadshows and customer events. Log success metrics to measure
effectiveness and ROI.
Account Planning - Develop multi-year plans with the Alliance partners and monitor execution with periodic cadence
for reviews. The position is recognized as the leading sales strategist and business expert responsible for the overall
success of one or more of our largest digital partners, including end-to-end ownership of partner s revenue and
margin growth.
Support Digital Alliances leadership on execution of global programs across the region.
Build an extended sales & execution engine through Digital Alliance partners that supplements Iron Mountains direct
to market sales.
Teamwork and collaboration on execution of key projects.
Ensure regular proactive communications with Digital Alliance partners including recurring issue resolution,
operational review calls, and one-on-one meetings. Ensure regular proactive communications are occurring with

Periodic Business reviews, Exec updates and newsletters covering partner GTM and alliances activity.
Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
Qualifications
o Bachelors in Engineering/ Business Administration/ Commerce/Economics with keen interest and exposure
to Information Technology and Digital Solutions. Masters in business management is a plus.
o 10-15 Years in the IT/technology industry including at least 2 years of Alliances/Business Development
experience and proven track record of exceeding targets / goals.
o Experience of managing Technology Alliances / Partnership at a regional or global level
o Sound knowledge of Digital ecosystem and latest technology trends
Travel: Up to 40%
Base Location: Bengaluru / Delhi NCR
Communication & Language: Excellent communication and presentation skills(English).
