Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead located in New Delhi. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of customer service and technical support representatives, providing performance feedback, managing daily operations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Team Lead will also be responsible for creating and implementing training programs, developing and implementing process improvements, and communicating with other departments as needed.
