Position - Human Resources Executive

Roles And Responsibilities - Independently responsible for overall recruitment, including preparing job descriptions, analyzing job requirements and finalizing candidates
- Design and implementation of sourcing strategy
- End-to-end Recruitment.
- Screen profile from Job portals as per requirement.
- Recruitment as per manpower requirements including sourcing, shortlisting, and the first level of screening.
- Complete communication and coordination with candidates for interviews including closure emails to candidates.
- Arrange telephonic interviews & personal interviews.
- Raise Offer letters, Appointment letters, Joining Formalities- New joining Documentation, Salary Accounts and Background verification.
Desired Profiles - Excellent Communication skills.
- Must have good command over MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Must have an experience in Job portals.
- Good learner.
Desired Candidate Profile - Must have good communication skills.
- Must have good experience in HR profile.
