We're seeking a future team member for the role ofRegional Wellbeing Lead: India & APACto join our team. This role is located either in Pune/Chennai. It is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities: Regional Live Well Lead: India and APAC
Working within the global People Reward team, the regional Wellbeing Lead will develop and deliver the Wellbeing strategy for the India and APAC regions, focusing on physical and psychological wellbeing as well as employee recognition. The two regions vary in size and complexity, with an India headcount of over 17,000 and the smaller APAC region at approx. 1500 employees but distributed across 10 countries. It is expected that activity will be equally distributed across the two regions.
The strategy will align to global objectives, be regionally applicable and evolve evidence-based intervention programs to reduce and address health risks, drive engagement and adhere to our global approach of 'meeting you in your life moments'.
