Job description

Roles and responsibilities: · Handling on real time monitoring · Handling Command Centre management · Handling break management, skill changes and IDP review. · Share performance with users at set frequency. · Perform other duties and assignments as directed.

Skills:

· Excellent English Communication · Working knowledge in MS Office/Ms Excel.

Competencies: · Work in an office environment · Ability to work well with others at varying organizational levels · Flexible to work varied shifts within day environment. (Flexible to work on Holidays with Compensatory Off/ Pay out.) 5 days working with seasonal week off rotational.
