Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Growth Marketing to join our team at JioMart, a subsidiary of Reliance Retail. As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and requires a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in growth marketing or related roles
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Expertise in digital marketing, with a deep understanding of user acquisition strategies and tactics
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Experience in CRO management and optimization
- Background in product marketing and strong understanding of marketing principles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth for JioMart
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, search engine marketing, display advertising, and email marketing
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and data analytics to develop and implement growth initiatives
- Drive CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) through continuous testing and optimization of landing pages, user flows, and campaign creatives
- Lead the product marketing efforts by developing clear value propositions, messaging, and positioning strategies
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing
