Job Title: IT Account Manager Job Overview: As an IT Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with key clients, understanding their IT needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions. Your role will involve collaboration with internal teams to meet client expectations, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the main point of contact for all IT-related matters. Regularly engage with clients to understand their business objectives and IT requirements. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, project management, and technical teams, to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions. Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to meet client expectations. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to identify their IT challenges, opportunities, and objectives. Work closely with clients to understand their evolving technology requirements. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase the value of IT solutions. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns, issues, or escalations promptly, working closely with internal teams to provide effective solutions. Account Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote additional services to clients. Market and Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, technology advancements, and competitors to provide informed advice to clients and identify potential business opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in IT account management or a related role. Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Attributes: Customer-focused mindset. Proactive and results-driven. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
