Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Performance Analysis

Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as social media, email, paid search, and display advertising.

Testing campaigns, analysing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance.

Customer Journey Analysis

Track and analyse the digital brand/client journey, identifying touchpoints and potential areas for improvement.

Provide insights on user behaviour and preferences to enhance customer experience.

Data-driven Strategy Recommendations

Utilise data insights to make recommendations for optimising digital marketing strategies.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement changes and improvements based on analysis findings.

Audience Segmentation and Targeting

Conduct analysis to identify and define target audience segments.

Optimise targeting strategies to enhance the relevance and impact of digital campaigns.

SEO and Content Performance

Monitor and analyse the performance of organic search (SEO) initiatives.

Assess the effectiveness of content marketing efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.

Competitor Benchmarking

Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand industry trends and benchmark the organisation's digital marketing performance.

Data Visualization and Reporting

Create and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate key digital marketing metrics and insights.

Ensure that reports are accessible, actionable, and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing analytics, with a focus on campaign analysis and optimization.

Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and data visualisation tools.

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.

Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Excellent communication skills to convey findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
