Job description
JOB SUMMARY A GEP University Trainer will hold the responsibility of delivering training to our customers on the organization’s solutions. They will also be responsible for training new and existing employees within teams as required. They will be responsible for following a set of processes that will drive high-quality learning/high levels of efficiency. They will be responsible for collaborating effectively, managing external and internal stakeholders, taking ownership of delivering competitive content/training, and supporting the long-term success of GEP University's vision.
REQUIREMENTS • Technical bend of mind, patience, desire to help others learn • Flexible, innovative, solutions-focused • Good time and priority management • Experience creating and managing product content • Experience with transferring knowledge in a professional environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work with ambiguity and minimum oversight, and generate impact • Has a global mindset and has worked with stakeholders from across the world • Intermediate language skills (apart from English) in any language outside of India, are a plus) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Execute and maintain training plans to ensure effective completion of the learning program • Collaborate effectively with other team members and cross-functional teams to enable seamless service delivery • Create content relevant to employee learning • Adhere to processes, identify and highlight deviations or the need to realign processes real-time • Maintain all the data for their training deliveries • Develop, maintain, and promote great relationships and high levels of engagement with internal and external stakeholders • Maintain a culture of continuous learning, and improvement and strive to move the team’s services up the value chain • Maintain and enhance core skills • Intervene to conduct Root Cause Analysis & and implement Corrective and Preventive actions for any process deviation, or delivery misses for deliveriesJob tags
