Position : Travel Sales Professional
Location : Baner, Pune Experience: 4 to 6 Years Salary : Depends on Current CTC and Performance in Interview Job Type : Work from Office (Compulsory) Joining : Immediate to 30 days - Preferrence will be given to Pune candidates Only - Roles & Responsibilities : - Drive lead generation and inquiries through diverse online and offline channels, catering to both B2C and B2B markets. - Convert leads into sales, fostering increased customer engagement. - Develop personalised itineraries and cost estimates based on individual customer requirements. - Address customer queries promptly via email and phone communication. - Conduct research on a variety of travel destinations to enhance product knowledge. - Recognize and pursue business opportunities by identifying prospects and analysing potential sales avenues. - Regularly assess and surpass sales targets through self-performance evaluations. - Demonstrate expertise in sales, destination knowledge (both international and domestic), visa processing, ticketing, and pre/post-sales processes. - Attend events and client meetings in Pune and participate in various marketing events. Skills : - Proactive and goal-oriented individual with a strong work ethic. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Team player with a collaborative approach to work. - Passionate and motivated by a commitment to excellence in holiday sales. - Previous experience in holiday sales with a proven track record. - Familiarity with visa processing, ticketing, and pre/post-sales procedures in the travel industry. - Availability for events and client meetings in Pune, as well as participation in diverse marketing events.Job tags
