Sr. Manager - Operations
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and driven Sr./ Manager, Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the same domain and hold an MBA degree. The Sr./ Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of CG Group operations, including inventory management and delivery, process optimization, team management, event management, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Take ownership of the project and manage it end-to-end, lead a high-quality team, effectively break down workstreams and ensure high-outcome orientation Prepare strategic roadmaps and implementation plans with goals and milestones Identify operational bottlenecks and weaknesses, and devise resolution pathways along with the team Timely Hardware Delivery : Ensure the delivery of hardware for every project, adhering to project timelines and quality standards. Inventory Procurement : Procure inventory according to project specifications and requirements, optimising costs and ensuring the availability of necessary resources. Streamline Structure : Develop and implement streamlined processes and structures for delivering projects efficiently and effectively. Team Management : Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance, training, and support to automate operations and enhance productivity. Communication : Maintain clear and open communication channels with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout project lifecycles. Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for improvement in operations processes, systems, and workflows, and implement solutions to drive operational excellence and cost savings. Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities - Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred. - Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or a related role. - Proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in project management tools and softwareJob tags
