Role Description

This is a full-time, buy side, on-site role for an Analyst based in Mumbai. The candidate will be part of the Investments team and drive the deployment of capital from start to end - including but not limited to mining primary & secondary data on real estate transactions (empirical / transactional data on Land rates, Lease rentals, PE Exits etc), working on the Investment Committee decks, Market Updates, Financial Modelling, Definitive Documentation etc by working in cross functional teams and creating compelling cases to drive deals to closure.

Qualifications

• MBA from an institute of repute. CFA / CA would be an added advantage.
• Experience (1 - 3 years) in having worked in the Real Estate industry - Logistics / Industrial, Warehousing, Commercial and/ or Retail asset classes.
• Possessing analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail and excellent in financial modelling (MS Excel).
• Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
