Company Description Studio Sustain is a leading architectural engineering studio located in Greater Delhi Area. Our core objective is to make built environments more sustainable using bespoke processes that allow us to analyze and modulate building performance to extreme empirical detail, using global best practices in BIM and building performance simulation.

Role Description This is an on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner, based on location in Gurgaon with partial WFH on occasion. Work time would be 9:30 - 19:30, Monday - Friday.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and support to the Managing Partner, with following:

Responsibilities Managing the Partner's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings, making travel arrangements, and ensuring that the Partner is prepared for each appointment or meeting. Providing administrative support to the Partner, including drafting and reviewing correspondence, preparing staff reports, operating internal management software, making or compiling documents, presentations, and reports and their necessary responses per the Partner's guidance Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and supporting on-boarding/off-boarding activities. Coordinating with the teams within the organization to ensure that the Partner is well-informed about the status of ongoing projects and team undertakings. Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including supervising support staff, managing budgets and expenses, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Serving as a liaison between the Partner and other stakeholders including follow ups via call and email, meeting coordination, follow up on action items and other important tasks Managing communication on behalf of the Partner; calls, emails from internal and external stakeholders; liaising with the Partner for input and response to these communications Performing other duties as assigned by the Partner

Qualification/Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Strong organizational, behavioral, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities. Your approach towards work should be proactive, without requiring the Partner to follow up with you. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced MS Office and general computer operation skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Communications 1+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
