Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & HR professional at Marks Media Communication in Hyderabad. The Marketing & HR professional will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing human resources operations, including recruiting and personnel management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, and/or human resources.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and industry professionals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media platforms , content writing.
- Knowledge of marketing and human resources best practices, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
