Looking for an experienced Senior Manager Business Systems to lead and drive large complex end-to-end technology initiatives supporting the business. Responsible for engaging with and managing stakeholders across the enterprise to understand the business needs and deliver software and technology projects to improve our business. Exceptional communication and technical skills to drive programs. Experience in managing and Supporting Lead to Cash, Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire Transformation Initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop and Manage Enterprise Applications Integrations
• Lead the architecture and implementation of Scalable systems
• Lead, Own and Deliver strategic implementations across Business Systems
• Improve Operational Efficiency
• Data Analysis and manage integration data quality
• Analyze, design and
• Provide Focus to improve and maintain strong business operations
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies and updates to enhance functionality and performance.
• Provide change management and project management support
• Provide Support to the requests raised by biz teams
• Document all designs, integration architectures & processes
• Systems Administrations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience integration Architecture and implementation
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles and best practises
• MUST have Hands on experience on one of iPAAS tools like Celigo, Dell Boomi, Workato, Mulesoft or Oracle Integration Cloud
• Must have Integration Experience for Business Systems like Netsuite, Salesforce, SAP Ariba, Zuora Revenue, Concur, HRIS systems like Infor or oracle HCM etc.
• Hands on experience on defect tracking tools like Jira
• Prior exposure to SOX Compliance processes & SOD rules
• High emotional intelligence, ability to build and sustain relationships at multiple levels within and across organization
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, active listener, tailors communication to the audience
• Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or Accounting or Finance is plus
• Comfortable working across time zones and attending late evening / early morning conference calls with the global teams
