JD: Business Development and Partnerships Role:
Indifi is looking to hire great business development and partnership talent. We are looking for smart, hungry, ownership-driven people looking to take responsibilities beyond their years of experience. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for developing and executing end to end high impact strategic alliances and partnerships with leading corporates and Travel aggregators Be actively involved in assessing potential partnership opportunities in various sectors Assess various industries and evaluate landscape for prospective channel partners Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams to help create and deliver new products for customers Manage key accounts and deepen relationships with clients by looking at opportunities for upselling/ cross selling etc. Post sign off account management, evaluation of partnership performance - driving growth and revenue realization from the partnership.
Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge Manage end to end partner relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and result tracking. Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives Desired Skills and Experience: At least 8-10 years’ prior experience in the Travel industry, preferably from airline or travel aggregator or Amadeus etc
