As the company readies for its next phase of growth and revisits its key growth drivers, there is a need to bring on key leaders and team to manage our global Sales and operations to lead this business for the next phase of its growth journey. In recent years, the business has pivoted to a platform subscription-based model, which enables the company to build deeper client relationships with Fortune 1,000 companies. The platform has the potential to be the "Google" of the B2B world. Provided this role will be selling growth programs across the globe, this role would require a hypergrowth mindset, strong pedigree, and high sales rigor to drive customer success (farming), enterprise (new hunting business) and inbound (high-volume transactional business) teams, aggregative 100% of the global business. The existing 10,000+ clients are spread across geographies, revenues (USD 500 Mn to over USD 50 Bn), and verticals, even including startups. The role involves international travel to collaborate with leadership onsite and meet clients. The role is preferred to be based in Pune. KEY RELATIONSHIPS Reports to Domain Head / Vertical Head Other key relationships Onsite Representatives Techno-commercial team Consulting/Researchteam. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

: The Sales Professional creates, identifies, and closes sales for the MnM’s “GEM” within a specific geographical region or set of named accounts. As the individual who represents the Outbound Team and drives the revenue, this person must be a self-starting closer who can create a large pipeline of business within a short period of time. This is a role that will be critical to the development and success of the business across the globe and offers both an immediate step into a major role but also the chance to grow and build the operation. We are looking for an experienced, self-driven, business development professional to join our Outbound Sales team. This is an opportunity for you to be a key part of building a successful business. You will: ➢ Manage end-to-end sales cycle of Prospecting, Lead Generation/ Identification to deal closure. ➢ Handle end-to-end sales by conversion of Outbound leads across multiple geographies including North America, Europe, and APAC. ➢ Conduct discovery & product pitch sessions with prospects to understand their use case, needs, budgets, etc. ➢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams e.g., Research, Pre-Sales, Marketing, etc., and ensure customer goals are met. Required and most valued skills: Ability to learn quickly, great relationship building and communication skills, ability to understand and connect problems, desire, and work ethic to grow professionally and personally. IDEAL EXPERIENCE The ideal Candidate's Qualifications include: Minimum of 6-10 years of work experience in Outbound sales/End-To-End sales, preferably in Market Research Industry. Minimum Qualification: bachelor’s degree in management, Engineering, or other relevant fields Previous track record driving profitable account growth, preferably in a technology/consulting company Excellent communication/written skills to interact with international clients. (North American prospects and have great telephone and email etiquette) Ability to qualify and prioritize projects to drive the maximum return and could generate additional opportunities through personal networking and relationship building Track record of delivering revenue targets Insightful, creative, articulate, persuasive, and organized. Self-starter with a passion for new client acquisition and account management success Positive attitude, creative persistence, and entrepreneurial spirit Executive-level presentation skills
