Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Assistant. The Team Assistant will be responsible for managing the office, arranging and scheduling appointments, directing phone calls and emails, maintaining office supplies, preparing documents and reports, assisting with social media management, and providing general support to the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good english writing and speaking
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Meta Apps and some experience in any design tool (Photoshop, illustrator, canva..)
• Experience in social media management is a plus
• Ability to take directions and work independently
