Job description
Solution Design :
- Able to design different components of a data solution starting from data acquisition to consumption
- Very good understanding of key Non-Functional requirements to design a scalable solution
- Basic understanding of key cloud components and ability to interact with various teams such as platform, security etc to design a robust solution
Data Management:
- Experience in Lakehouse architecture implementation for effective data management
- Ability to come up with right storage format for efficient storage and retrieval of data
- Experience in implementing security solutions to ensure right usage
Data Governance
- Understanding of Data Governance operating model for complex and large organization
- Experience in implementing data quality solutions
- Experience in handling sensitive and personnel data for effective compliance
- Understanding of different Data Modelling concepts such as conceptual, logical and physical model
Solution Deployment
- Hands-on experience on technologies such as ADF, Databricks, PowerBI, SQL, Any Cloud Warehouse technologies
- Ability to identify reusable solution component and lead to conceptualize and implement
- Strong experience in CI/CD
- Strong understanding of different phases involved starting requirement gathering to implementation of a Data AI solution
- Ability to implement right physical model for ease of consumption to visualization tools .
Project Management
- Strong understanding of project planning and sequence of activities for a Data Analytics projects
- Experience in working with Agile development methodology
- Provide technical leadership to different feature teams

- contributing to the digital transformatio n of DCAD clients.
- defining omni-channel architectures centred on customer and user experiences.
- managing the life cycle of solutions, undertaking technology watch and developing proofs of concept for new digital solutions.
- defining the architecture and choosing solutions for pre-project studies, based on an analysis of business needs and digital strategies.
- defining the architecture for major projects and changes to the digital landscape, and guiding project teams in implementing the defined architecture.
- documenting digital landscapes (business functions, data, applications, interfaces and technical components).
- helping to define architecture standards, rules and best practices.
- contributing to maintenance and use of the company s data model.
B usiness Process Modelling and Re-engineering
Work with process modelling tools and standards to document business processes. Understand business problems and design cause and effect diagrams. Apply Business Process Reengineering (BPR) principles.
Functional Analysis
Analyze deficiencies in processes and information systems. Stay connected with latest technology capabilities. Identify software features to build solutions to process deficiencies. Write software features specifications and requirements.
Technical Analysis
Based on software features specifications identify software requirements. Based on software features specifications identify data requirements. Based on software features specifications identify networking, communication and integration requirements.
Digital Architecture Development
Map the different components of a digital architecture including data, software and features, hardware and networking/connections. Develop architecture and business rules.
Define solution architecture life cycle, including master, prototypes, testing, demos, release, communication, training, maintenance and revisions. Standardize digital architectures so they can be reused in similar digital projects.
Risk Management
Assess technical risk factors. Asses data related risk factors. Assess functional risk factors. Assess social risk factors. Use cost-benefit analysis methods. Propose mitigation approaches to risks.
Documentation and Training
- Document the digital solution architecture.
- Contribute to architecture network by creating and sharing documentation on reusable assets.
- Present current and future technical topics during lunch and learn sessions.
