Job description
About the role This role will be reporting to the Director of Insight Institute, working closely with the CEO, and is based out of the Gurgaon office of Incedo. We are looking for candidates who have had hands-on experience and exposure to developing and writing thought leadership and research pieces. Key responsibilities ● Own and drive the development of thought-provoking research pieces and frameworks based on secondary research, company analysis, in-depth review of trends and primary research. ● Developing research insights and compelling narratives as research lead. ● Able to write in a clear, concise, and compelling way, to support thought leadership pieces and contribute to ongoing and upcoming book by CEO Nitin Seth while working with a group of senior stakeholders ● Develop content and supporting material for white papers, blogs, global conference presentations by synthesizing inputs from multiple sources ● Partner with internal cross functional teams for brainstorming sessions ● Partner with external parties like publication houses to program manage the end to end publication process ● Coordinate with Incedo’s dedicated marketing team to publish the content on Industry forums, company website, newsletters etc.
Primary skills ● Outstanding written & oral communication, presentation storyboarding skills ● Exceptional problem-solving skills ● Ability to synthesis different sources of information ● Fact-based analysis of the market and business situations ● Stakeholder management including C-suite and VPs in the verticals and horizontals Desired behaviors from the successful candidates ● Can deal with ambiguous situations effectively ● Can articulate working team’s thinking clearly in the draft documents ● Is agile and iterates fast ● Is proactive and self-starter ● Is collaborative and a team player Desired experience ● Post-MBA experience with research and insights teams with exposure to end-to-end process of developing and writing thought leadership pieces, or consulting preferably strategy & operations, with a bend towards research and writing. ● Total experience to be in the range of 11-18yearsJob tags
