Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Food Beverage Controller located in Udaipur. The Food Beverage Controller will be responsible for cost control and menu costing, as well as financial analysis and reporting. The Food Beverage Controller will work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
QualificationsRelevant experience in the hospitality industry and with food and beverage operations is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and able to work well with others as part of a team.
