Job Summary: The Job Board Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive job board strategy for Antal Tech Jobs. They will work closely with our team to ensure that we are delivering a world-class user experience and that we are effectively connecting top-tech talent with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tech industry, as well as experience managing and growing successful job boards. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive job board strategy for our tech job board, including client and candidate acquisition plans, marketing, and product development. Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including tech companies, recruiters, and industry associations. Identify new revenue opportunities, including advertising, partnerships, and premium job posting options. Lead the product development projects to build and launch new job board features and enhancements to improve user experience and drive engagement. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract top tech talent and employers to our job board. Monitor and report on job board performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, and revenue, and provide regular updates to senior management. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices for job board management and make recommendations for improvements and new features to keep our platform competitive. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in job board management or business development, preferably in the tech industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. Strong understanding of online marketing and digital advertising strategies. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Understanding of the tech industry and the latest trends and innovations."
