Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented candidate with expertise in Advanced Excel and basic GIS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in handling verification dashboards, possess basic knowledge of GIS and geo-mapping, and be proficient in software handling. This role requires effective communication with field teams for data-related queries and collaboration with the operations and logistics team for strategy planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing data-driven strategies, analyze operational data for improvement and optimization, and collaborate on logistics strategy development.
- Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and implement advanced functions and automation for efficiency.
- Apply GIS principles for spatial data analysis and utilize geo-mapping tools for interactive decision support.
- Manage and enhance verification dashboards and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.
- Demonstrate expertise in using proprietary software, provide training, and collaborate with IT for enhancements.
- Interact and support field teams on data queries and ensure accurate and timely data collection.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in any stream or related field.
- Proficient in Excel with robust analytical abilities.
- Basic knowledge of GIS software and geo-mapping tools.
- Strong proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with field teams.
