Job Description :As a Motion Graphic Artist for film and video, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and producing captivating motion graphics and animations that effectively communicate complex ideas, concepts, and narratives for various campaign videos for Publicis Sapient and it's global clients. You will be collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams and bring artistic flair and technical expertise to enhance our creative team. Ability to work as an independent contributor, and take ownership of the project. International client work related portfolio will be an asset. The ideal candidate needs prior experience in production houses, agencies, or similar creative and high-output environments, and possess proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Suite, AI tools, and video editing software.Responsibilities :- Design and create visually appealing and engaging motion graphics using animation software and tools.- Integrate motion graphics seamlessly with other visual elements and media assets.- Collaborate with creative teams for flawless project execution.- Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe suite and AI tools for high-quality motion graphics.- Ensure final output exceeds client expectations.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.- Take full ownership of the project end to end. - With 8 - 12 years of experience, should be able to guide the team while working as an individual contributorQualifications :- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or related field.- 8 - 12 years' relevant experience as a motion graphic artist, animator, or similar role, preferably in a production house, corporate or agency environment.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and other relevant design software, AI tools - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and animations.- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and composition.- Excellent visual storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate ideas effectively.
