Overview:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) also known as Customer Service Executive (CSE) plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive brand image. The CSR/CSE serves as the frontline for customer inquiries complaints and feedback and is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Resolve customer complaints via phone email or social media
- Gather feedback and provide suggestions about new products or services

- Graduate & Undergraduate
- Fresher & Experience
- Fluency in Hindi Kannada Malayalam Telugu will be added Advantage.
