General Manager – IT ( Primarily SAP ) LOCATION: Gurgaon TEAM SIZE:

Head IT EXPECTED QUALIFICATION DETAILS: BE, BTech, MCA, Or MBA with a minimum of 15 Years of experience in the IT Department Of an Organization. EXPECTED OVERALL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 15-18 Years

Purpose of the Job Provide timely reporting to Management from thru different sources including Qlik (BI Reporting Tool), Excel, Microsoft Dynamics & Ginesys Point Of Sale Reporting. Extract, Clean, Churn & Store Data is specific formats for better reporting.

Key Result Areas for the Incumbent

Process Responsibilities § Overall atleast 15 Years of Experience in IT Department of an organization. § Should have atleast 5-7 years of experience in SAP preferred in SAP S4 Hana § Atleast should have done minimum 1 or 2 SAP implementation as a Project lead from Business side. § Should be hands on in atleast 2 modules of SAP. § Should have handled at least 8-10 members team independtly. § Should have good exposure in SAP Saggergation of Duties, SAP Audit compliance and has gone thru the SAP audits. § Should be familiar with all SAP modules, with hands on on atleast one or two SAP modules. § Should be familiar with all tax compliance prevailing today in India. § Plan the implementation of new technology/systems and provide guidance to IT team and other staff within the organization. § Facilitating communication across IT Team, users and customers. § Participating in the contracts negotiations with vendors § The ability to analyze, model and interpret data. § Should have lead the IT team of atleast 8-10 members. § Co-ordinate with respective departments members, HODs, vendors during requirement gathering, documentation, development, testing and UAT (User acceptance testing). § Follow up with vendors on deliverables and corrections / improvements in existing reports / application errors etc. § Generate retail industry insights reports from large sets of retail data and circulate to respective areas, reason and zones. § Co-ordinate with respective departments members, HODs, vendors during requirement gathering, documentation, development, testing and UAT (User acceptance testing). § Follow up with vendors on deliverables and corrections / improvements in existing reports / application errors etc. § Ensure timely resolution of problems / errors / improvements in reporting including BI Reporting tool. § Supervise Health check and backup of application landscape

People Management & Training Responsibilities § Supervise training to end users on applications. § Interact with HODs regularly to identify their pain areas, explore automation opportunities and convert them to projects. Key Behavioral competencies required to perform this role

In order to be considered for the role the ideal candidate should have:

BE, BE Tech, MCA or MBA from a renowned university with at least 15 years of experience.
