About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant. Regulatory guidelines for financial institutions have led to increased requirements and responsibilities to effectively manage risks associated the use of internal and external Third Parties. Wells Fargo is seeking a team member to join the EMEA COO Office to support the execution and continuous improvement of the EMEA Outsourcing and Third-Party Management Framework activities, with a focus on our extensive network of intercompany agreements across the region as well as on critical third-party providers and subcontractors. The EMEA COO Office has responsibility for supporting the region with the facilitation of key governance and control activities across multiple Wells Fargo legal entities. The role holder will have an excellent opportunity for development across a range of activities and opportunity for senior stakeholder engagement in EMEA, other International Wells Fargo Locations and the US.

In this role, you will:

• Support the execution of key EMEA outsourcing processes.
• Help guide more junior team members and provide oversight for process execution.
• Provide thought leadership and help further enhance, automate and streamline BAU processes.
• Support the preparation of Regional Management Information and Reporting to support the EMEA Outsourcing manager, EMEA committees and Board meetings.
• Support the preparation of BAU and ad hoc reporting and analytics.
• Manage and maintain the EMEA Inter-affiliate Outsourcing Register and EMEA Master Vendor List report.
• Support and engage with key stakeholders to ensure Inter-affiliate SLA contracts are up to date and the associated reconciliation process is maintained quarterly.
• Manage service update requests and ensure these are appropriately documented and
• reflected in the outsourcing register and in SLAs.
• Support the execution of the EMEA Inter-affiliate and External Third-Party Materiality and Risk Assessment processes, working closely with the EMEA Outsourcing Manager and with key regional functional stakeholders.
• Support the execution of a process ensuring that vendor spend is appropriately onboarded in the Enterprise vendor third party risk management system.
• Support the process and engage with stakeholders to review and document approval decisions for open third-party risks, identified in the third-party risk assessment process.
• Engage with stakeholders to provide guidance on the EMEA outsourcing and third-party processes and requirements.
• Support EMEA Outsourcing and Third Party BAU queries.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• 4 years of experience in reporting and analysis
• Experience in process improvement, streamlining and/or automation.
• Experience in the area of vendor, third party risk management and/or inter-affiliate outsourcing
• Knowledge of internal control and risk management with understanding of business operations
• Ability to think strategically, build credibility and build rapport with key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong ability to interact with key stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize efforts/actions to add the greatest value and impact.
• Advanced computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
