We are hiring for Instrumentation designer in Hyderabad office

Location: Hyderabad
Description
- Creating detailed design drawings.
- Developing as-built drawings.
- Reviewing drawings from other disciplines and integrating necessary data into discipline drawings.
- Examining vendor drawings and documents, and integrating essential vendor data into discipline drawings and documents.
- Conducting design verification through single discipline checks (SDC) and supporting inter-discipline checks (IDC), offering feedback to the Lead Designer.
- Compiling, issuing, and updating material and weight data take-offs.
- Assisting Fabrication in resolving construction difficulties related to design issues or clashes.
- Monitoring progress and maintaining the deliverables register continuously.
- Ensuring compliance with the Project Execution Plan and achieving timely completion and archiving of drawings and documents.
- Keeping the Lead Designer and/or Senior Designer informed of all activities, progress, and concerns.
- Participating in design reviews and audits.
- Documenting lessons learned and inputting them into the MDRs Lessons Learned system.
- Developing a basic understanding of MDRs business and the customers it serves.
- Preparing Instrument Design deliverables such as layout drawings, instrument hook-up/installation details, wiring/loop diagrams, panel and console drawings, instrument drawing lists, logic diagrams, shutdown hierarchy drawings, and schematics and block diagrams.
Essential Skills/Experience:-
· Degree in Instrument or electronic engineering and professional membership (preferred).
· 10 years + plus design experience within the oil and gas offshore industry, preferably some of experience should be related with offshore brownfield upgrade projects.
· Experience and good understanding of DCS, SIL 3 F&G and ESD, PA/GA system would be preferable.
