Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Public Relations Specialist. The Public Relations Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as creating and distributing press releases, managing media relations, and developing strategic communication plans. The role is located in Bandra, Mumbai but will allow some flexibility for remote work.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures: 

• Support our senior team members in their daily escapades 
• Keep an eagle eye on media channels – newspapers, magazines, broadcasts, websites, social media, blogs – to spot golden opportunities for our clients 
• Craft monthly coverage reports Tag along to client meetings and sprinkle your PR magic 
• Assist in sculpting Monthly/Quarterly plans 
• Research, write, and unleash press releases to targeted media
• Propel news stories and features into the media galaxy 
• Stay savvy about industry trends, and drop your two cents on communication strategies 
• Juggle building and nurturing strong client-agency relationships

Qualifications

• Public Relations and Communication skills
• Experience in creating and distributing press releases
• Experience in managing media relations
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic communication plans
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• BA/MA in Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, Marketing or related field

Location: Mumbai, Bandra West 

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, rest in the comfort of your chosen workspace)
