Job description

Company: Saath.care

Position: Manager - Finance

About the company

Navigating India's healthcare system can be a daunting task. For those fortunate enough to have medical professionals within their family or close circle, the journey is often smoother, filled with direct referrals to top specialists, clear explanations of medical terminologies, and the comforting reassurance of trusted advice. But for the vast majority who don't have this privilege, the path can be riddled with uncertainty.

At Saath, we're not just envisioning a world where every patient has a constant companion in their healthcare journey; we're pioneering a genomics-driven approach to healthcare. By harnessing the power of genomics, we aim to provide personalized care, tailored treatments, and proactive health management. Imagine a world where everyone has access to the best doctors and specialists across the country, where medical jargon is demystified with patience and clarity, and where every individual's unique genetic makeup guides their healthcare decisions, ensuring optimal outcomes.

Our strength lies in our team. We're a blend of passionate professionals from diverse backgrounds. Our roster includes alumni from leading companies and institutions like Bain & Company, Microsoft, Areté Advisors, Loop Health, and Genentech. Alongside this, we boast some of the finest medical and genomics talent from across the globe, positioning us to make a transformative impact in the healthcare sector.

We're on the lookout for individuals who resonate with our vision. If you're driven by the idea of reshaping and democratising genomics-driven healthcare access and information in India, then Saath beckons.
