Job description
- We are looking for an experienced and smart Front Line Sales Manager to join us. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the sales team's day-to-day activities.
Key responsibilities : - Create and put into practice efficient recruitment techniques to draw in and choose competent applicants for agency jobs. - When necessary, put performance improvement strategies into action while keeping an eye on and evaluating agency staff performance. - Establish quantifiable and unambiguous sales goals for the group that align with corporate goals. - Work along with other divisions, such as product development and marketing, to maximize total sales initiatives. - To improve lead-generating strategies, examine consumer demands and market trends.
