Essential skills: Knowledge and experience on below:
Indepth experience in GCP, across various Kubernetes workloads.
Knowledge of service meshes is advantageous Meaningful experience in DevOps & automation: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Github, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Terraform, YAML/JSON, Setting up Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery process (CI, CD) in an enterprise environment.Improve security and performance of infrastructure by working with other teams
Experience in Capacity Management of Kubernetes clusters
Experience in implementing Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform.
Solid understanding of CI/CD, experienced creating and managing pipelines.
Experienced using version control systems such as git, collaborating on large source code repositories in a team environment.
Comfortable with scripting
(1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
