Job Description:
1. Handling all Internal Audit, Risk Management & Business Excellence related activities for the business with solution driven approach and safeguarding company interest.
2. Responsible for Internal Audit, Risk Management and Business Excellence Initiatives.
3. Create and review business process for all business and support activities.
4. Maintaining and updating all organizational level policies and process.
5. Setting up systems and procedures for Risk Management and its tools for continuous monitoring of operational level risk.
6. Ensure implementation and review of ISO 9001 and other quality initiatives
7. Provide Advisory support to functions on operational risk and business level risk.
8. Conducting and monitoring overall organizational level risk activities like RCSA, KRI, Operational Loss etc.
9. Driving and managing all kind of audits – Internal Audit, Concurrent Audit, Management Audit, Project Audit, Special Audit etc.
10. Creating awareness across organization on the policies, process and risk management.
11. Any ad hoc activities pertaining to Audit and Risk Management for global reporting purpose.
