WORK DAYS: MONDAY TO SATURDAY (SUNDAY FIXED WEEK OFF )
Job Description:
· Immediate joiners.
· 2 + Years' experience into handling INBOUND OR OUTBOUND VOICE Process
. Handling minimum 2 team leader and team agent
· Experienced into telemarketing any process.
· In-depth knowledge into SLA, AHT, Attrition, Shrinkage
· Ability to handle team -15 Members team
· Effective communication and problem solving
· Ability to work under pressure and flexible to for any shift timing
. 2 & 4 week Saturday leave remaining Saturday half day
