Job description TYC Communication seeks applications from senior content writers who are proficient in the English language and must have at least 3 years of working experience in a public relations firm or media house. For this particular position, the writer must be well-versed in writing press releases, articles, blogs, brand profiles and social media posts to address the content-related needs of clients from diversified sectors, including politics.
Your writing skills will be pivotal in enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and promoting our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities: Ø Collaborate with the PR and Digital Marketing teams to develop content strategies that align with client objectives, target audiences, and industry trends. Ø Create well-researched, informative, and engaging content, press releases, by-lined articles, feature articles, social media posts, and email campaigns. Ø Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility. Ø Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content to meet client deadlines. Ø Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and style consistency. Ø Interact with clients to understand their specific content needs, provide updates, and incorporate feedback. Ø Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to ensure content remains relevant and up-to-date. Qualifications Required: Ø Bachelor's/Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field. Ø 3-4 years of proven experience as a content writer in a PR and Digital Marketing company or related industry. Ø Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content pieces. Ø Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex information into understandable content. Ø Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. Ø Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Ø Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
