Zuddl is the unified platform for B2B marketers and conference organizers to plan and run webinars and event programs that drive revenue. Through software and service, Zuddl supports the entire event lifecycle(pre-event, in-event, post-event) regardless of the event format(webinar, hybrid, virtual or in-person).
We serve B2B companies like Highspot, Razorpay, and Microsoft and conference organizers like NACD, NAMIC, Saastr, Techcrunch, etc.
Funding Zuddl being a part of the Y-Combinator 2020 batch has raised $13.35 million in Series A funding led by Alpha Wave Incubation and Qualcomm Ventures with participation from our existing investors GrowX ventures and Waveform Ventures.
About Role As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will develop, implement, and oversee our marketing strategies. You will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns to bring in solid leads to help us achieve our business objectives. You will play a crucial role in building our brand, expanding market share, and driving revenue growth.
What You Will Do - Managing Daily Operations:
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Translate weekly GTM plans and insights from 1:1 meetings into actionable tasks, prioritizing based on strategic importance.
- Sprint Management: Oversee sprint process, adjusting resources to meet demand and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Resource management: Anticipate potential capacity issues within the team a week or two in advance and adjust accordingly.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Develop a comprehensive dashboard for tracking weekly progress twice a week and provide regular updates, eliminating the need for tracking everything through Trello.
- Collaborate directly with our fractional CMO on overarching strategies, providing guidance to the team, and prioritizing projects.
- Website Update: Assess and refine website functionality and content based on performance analysis. Develop a strategy for timely updates, proposing changes to fractional CMO. Simplify product pages over the next 6 months to enhance user experience.
- Website CRO: Set conversion goals for demo requests. Collaborate with marketing ops to identify and implement improvements in offers, landing pages, and content for increased conversions and parallelly work with digital marketer to enhance SEO traffic.
- Product Marketing: Work closely with the product marketer to establish a foundation, then lead product marketing efforts including launches, website content, blogs, and sales enablement.
- Marketing Emails: Create and manage one-off promotional and educational emails for prospects and customers. Develop a monthly newsletter with internal and external content. Develop a cadence for communicating the strategy at least 2-4 times a month via email
- Review Sites, Case Studies, and Testimonials: Develop a process to secure reviews and ratings. Identify and hand off case studies to content for development. Source and organise testimonials.
- Webinar/Event Program: Develop and execute webinar and event strategies to achieve attendee goals. Work closely with fractional CMO to create a plan and execute it effectively.
- Strategic Implementation: Execute strategies and programs discussed with fractional CMO, developing them into comprehensive plans. Consider pre- and post-implementation aspects for holistic planning.
- Positive Leadership: Maintain a positive and proactive leadership approach. Highlight opportunities and address concerns constructively. Collaborate and seek help from team members for optimal outcomes.
Qualifications - Comfortable working some overlapping hours with US time zone as we primarily sell to US companies
- A proven track record of developing strategies to drive successful leads for sales teams, with at least 4+ years of experience.
- Experience working in a series A company is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
