Job Description : Accounts Executive

Experience : 2-8 Years experience
Gender : Only Male candidates
Location: Pune

Responsibilities :

  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and financial statements.
  • Invoicing and Billing: Prepare and process invoices, billing statements, and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts by providing financial data and analysis.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Payroll Processing: Assist in processing payroll and maintaining payroll records.
  • Vendor and Client Communication: Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries, payment arrangements, and account reconciliations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Audit Support: Assist in providing support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation and providing necessary information.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Previous experience in accounting or finance role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
