People-
- Organising structure for managing the team.
- Organising structure for TL/ATOs
- Organising structure for Agency's team(like how many staff needed in every area)
- Setting job description for each role
- Check list for each role
- Productivity management for each role & mechanism for reviewing it.
- ATO development tofit them in LF culture
- Establishing training Matrix
- Cross training for each role
- To ensure adequate backup and roster for LF team
- To lead large teams of 800+, track 1:1s with associates,
monitor coaching programs, manage team huddles, supervise training and handle
escalations.
- To also motivate, hire and develop supervisors
Operation's Management-
- To define KPIs for each supervisor.
- To define KPI & KRAs for each supervisor & ATOs/TLs
- Managing KPI at EODs.
- Weekly KPI management
- Adhering customers and handovers.
- Conducting KYTs & feeding desired inputs down the stream
- Preparing production plans
- Site's inventory management
- To track KPIs on a day to day basis, maintain SLAs,
perform audits and deep dives and present daily/weekly/monthly/ quarterly results to
senior leadership and influence decisions
Shift/MSP Management–
- To work on Labor planning to track and validate volume
forecasts, design shift schedules, drive timesheet compliance and manage OTs to
handle day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate hiring by partnering with the recruitment
team.
- Handling and addressing any escalations/for filling desired vs actual HC gap
Ensure Safe Warehouse Operations and Supply Storage-Safety is a main priority for any business, and it is up to you to oversee the implementation of safety practices and processes within DC.
You will make sure that all safety procedures comply with all regulations, post safety information for employee review, train employees in safety methods, and maintain a neat and orderly environment.
