Role Description The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions and industries. The Freelance Recruiter will be working remotely to find and assess candidates, negotiate salaries, and finalize hiring decisions. Develop effective strategies to source qualified candidates. Requirements: Strong Sourcing Skills via different methods, active/passive sourcing/strong candidate pool. Strong Communication Skill Previous Freelance Recruitment Experience is preferred.
