Job description

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Extensive experience (8+ years) working with the ServiceNow platform, including architecture design and implementation and upgrades.

3. Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules, such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Service Catalog, CSM; Service Bridge and other relevant areas. Working knowledge of domain separated

4. Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.

5. In-depth understanding of ServiceNow development best practices, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integrations (REST, SOAP), and customization techniques.

6. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.

7. Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and version migrations.

8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

10. ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), are a must.

11. ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Technical Architect or MSA are highly desirable.
