What Youll Be Doing
- DevOps - scoping, developing, implementing, testing and ongoing maintenance. You'll be responsible and delivering end-to-end blue prism solutions for our clients
- Cloud - Working on cloud infrastructure like Azure and AWS and using your proven relational database experience (MS SQL / Oracle), excel and macros providing support above client needs
- Stakeholder engagement - Being first point of contact and providing guidance and advice for the duration of a project, including the training, and mentoring of junior team members
- Continuous improvement - Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods
- Building Programs - You would be a key contributor to building efficient programs/ systems and help our clients maximize their investment in technology.
- Client Advisor - Take ownership for researching, consulting, analyzing and evaluating system program needs

experienced Blue Prism Developer with proven experience in client interaction and to understand their requirements, determining project parameters, timelines, and deliverables.
Even though you have a degree in IT (or related field), you are a
life long learner and having a passion to continually grow your skills and abilities. You love
learning new technology and to build on your knowledge of
RPA tools, C3, .Net, SQL, Java VB Script, Cloud etc.
You

Education - Bachelors Technology or related field + certification in Blue Prism and/or other RPA tools
Experience - 5+ years demonstrated experience in IT Consulting with majority of that time working in RPA supporting clients directly (preferably USA, UK or AU based clients). Multiple implementations completed and lead by you, plus experience with transformations to Cloud.
Skills - ITIL framework, Automation Scripting, Strong Excel / Macro skills (preferred) Programming and OOP Oracle PL/SQL , VBA, HTML SDLC, Agile Methodologies, Blue Prism, Java Script, SQL, active listener with excellent and confident communications and interpersonal skills with an ability to analyse and act upon complex customer situations.
