Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marine Personnel Manager in Mumbai. This role involves interviewing and overseeing the recruitment and management of maritime staff. The Marine Personnel Manager will be arranging travel and accommodation for maritime staff, and handling the paperwork and logistics associated with vessel operations.
Qualifications
Experience working with navy and boat personnel.
Familiarity with maritime regulations and protocols
Strong organizational and logistical skills
Bachelor's or postgraduate degree
Experience in the maritime industry or with a shipping company will be preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills
