Job description

1. Import Export Documentation, Placing proforma invoice (PI) based on customer requirements
2. On finalization of PI, co-ordination with the shipping line, arrangement of containers. Completion
of documentation related to shipping line & overseas customers.
3. Co-Ordination with Banking Team , CHA,Consultants with regards to Licenses.
4. Extending Support to the Bank End Team/Import Export Process
Co-ordination with the production team to ensure production as per plan.
5. Ledger Reconciliation & Supporting in Regular accounting activities
6 Inter Departmental Co-ordination for daily activities and any other duties as assigned by
management. Loading of the container on the day of dispatch, intimating excise officer for
inspection. Sending documents such as invoice, packing list, qc report with the driver.
7. Mailing the dispatch details to the overseas customers & send documents for clearance to the customer through courier.
8. Mail & telephonic communication with suppliers for placing the orders, Receipt & confirmation of PI. Communication for dispatch, invoice with amount.
9. Currency related documentation related to payment. Sending swift copy of payment to the
suppliers.
10. Co-ordination with shipping line & supplier regarding the dispatch
Full knowledge of IDPMS/EDPMS folllow up and closures
